Obituary of Eleanor R. Cameron

Eleanor R. ( Neiman ) Stanwood Reiff Cameron , 93, of Conshohocken, PA passed away on Sunday March 12, 2017. She was born in Norristown, PA on December 27, 1923. Eleanor has lived in Harmonville, PA since 1973, formerly of Conshohocken, PA. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran, where she was in the bell choir, made Easter candy and she was a Tuxis member. She sold Avon for many years and had worked with Colonial School District. She served in the US Coast Guard in World War II, where she received the American Area campaign Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal. Eleanor was a 25 year member of Harmonville Fire Co. Aux. Daughter of the late Walter R. & Helen ( Neiman ) Wentzel. Beloved wife of the late Vernon P. Stanwood, Norman D. Reiff, and Charles H. Cameron. Survivors include her Daughter: Ruth (& Roger ) Coleman Las Vegas, NV Daughter: Joanne (& Ken ) Hare Glouscester, NJ Daughter: Sandra (& Parker ) Smith Southampton, PA Son: Richard (& Diane) Reiff King Of Prussia, PA Son: Carl Reiff Conshohocken, PA Son: David Reiff Lafayette Hill, PA Sister: Martha Shinn Norristown, PA Sister: Louis Landis West Norriton, PA Also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Along with her husbands and parents she was preceded in death by a son Kenneth Reiff, a daughter Carol Reiff, a sister Margaret Taylor and a brother Richard Wentzel. Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday March 17, 2017 at 10:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Friends may call on Friday Morning from 9:00 to 10:00AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery Co., West Norriton, PA. Eleanor has lived in Harmonville, Pa since 1973, formerly of Conshohocken, Pa. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran, where she was in the bell choir, made Easter candy, and she was a Tuxis member. She served in the US Coast Guard in World War II. Eleanor was a 25 year member of Harmonville Fire Co. Aux.
