Richard has lived in Conshohocken for the last 56 years, formerly of Swedesburg, Pa where he was born and raised. He is a member of St. Matthew's RC Church of Conshohocken, Pa and a former member of St. Mary's RC Church, where he was a very active member, a member of the Golden Agers Group, he sang in the choir, he also helped the parish with their Polish Festival, Christmas Bazaar, where he and his wife ofteh played Santa and his elf. Richard served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He was also a member of Holy Name Society of Sacred Heart Church, Conshohocken Bocce Club life member, American Legion #901 Frank C. Parker, Jr. & Son, and the VFW Nuff, O'Hara, Todd Lodge Drum & Bugle Corp. After his service in the Korean War, Richard then went to work with Lavino's which became Kaiser Refratcory in Plymouth Meeting, Pa, where he worked for 29 years, then he drove truck with Tose Trucking, and he was a long time bus driver for Colonial School District and Romano Bus Co.

Richard N. (Dick) Wolfrom, Sr., 86, of Conshohocken, PA passed away peacefully on Friday June 2, 2017. He was born in Swedesburg, PA on December 9, 1930. Richard has lived in Conshohocken for the last 56 years, formerly of Swedesburg, PA where he was born and raised. He is a member of St. Matthew's RC Church of Conshohocken, PA.and a former member of St. Mary's RC Church, where he was very active; a member of the Golden Agers Group, he sang in the church choir, he also helped the parish with their Polish Festival, Christmas Bazaar, where he and his wife often played Santa and his elf. Richard served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He was also a member of Holy Name Society of Sacred Heart Church, Conshohocken Bocce Club life member, American Legion Post #901 Frank C. Parker, Jr. & Son Lodge, and the VFW Nuss, O'Hara, Todd Lodge Drum & Bugle Corp. Son of the late Joseph & Mary (Wosczyna) Wolfrom. Survivors include his Wife of 60 years: Martha(Wright) Wolfrom Conshohocken PA Son: Richard (& Jo-Ellen) Wolfrom Mont Clare PA Son Joseph J. Wolfrom Mont Clare PA Daughter: Michele (& John) Lopez Tulare CA Son: Paul (& Daniel Wild) Wolfrom Zurich SWITZERLAND Also Survived By 5 Grandchildren a Great Grandson and many Nieces and Nephews. His Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday June 10, 2017 at 10:30 AM from the St. Matthew's RC Church Third & Fayette Streets, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Fr. J. Thomas Heron will be officiating. Friends may call on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM & Saturday morning from 8:30 to 10:00 AM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Interment will take place in St. Benedict's Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to: Children's Hospital, 3401 Civic Center Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
