Obituary of Anne F. Gallagher

Anne F. Gallagher, age 82, of Collegeville, PA passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

She was born in Bryn Mawr, PA on March 14, 1943, the daughter of the late Neil and Mary (Ganley) Crossan.

Anne has been living in Collegeville for 21 years, formerly of Rosemont and Havertown, PA.  She was a parishioner of St. Eleanor's RC Church of Collegeville.  She was a wonderful homemaker and was devoted to her family.   

She is survived by her husband, Thomas P. Gallagher of Collegeville; son, Stephen Gallagher of Oaks; brother, James (Mary) Crossan of Wayne, PA; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  

Along with her parents, Anne was preceded in death by her son, Kevin M. Gallagher and sister, Isabella Cahill.  

Her Funeral Mass will be held Friday, August 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM from St. Eleanor's RC Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA 19426.  Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Friday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church.

Interment will be private at a later date in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Philabundance, 3616 S. Galloway St., Philadelphia, PA 19148.
