Louis A. Zaccheo
Louis A. Zaccheo, 78, of Audubon, PA passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024.
He was born in Ellwod City, Pa on November 14, 1945, the son of the late Luigi and the late Emrica (Filigenzi) Zaccheo.
Lou has lived in Shannondell since 2015, formerly of New York City.
He attended Gannon College in Erie, Pa.
Lou worked as a Television Broadcasting Executive and was inducted into the Broadcasting Hall of Fame. He was an entrepreneur founding several companies including Video From Video and Video Archives.
He was also an avid movie aficionado and a trivia buff who claimed, “if it's a useless piece of information, I probably know it!”
Lou deeply loved his family and especially his grandchildren. Survivors include Daughter Ellen (& Geoff) Capell of Chester Springs, Pa, Daughter Gina (& Tim) Foley of Audubon, Pa, also survived by his grandchildren Nick, Michael, Jack, Julia, and his former wife Florence Zaccheo of Phoenixville, Pa.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by 2 sisters Mary Louise Wade and Agnes Scarazzo.
There will be a visitation on Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, Pa 19401. His Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 AM from the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Washington Memorial Chapel Cemetery, Valley Forge, PA.
