Obituary of Patricia A. Skilton

Patricia A. Skilton, age 83, of Conshohocken, PA passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025.

She was born in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia, PA on January 2, 1942, the daughter of the late Francis and Dorothy (Burke) Wunder.

Patricia was a longtime resident of Conshohocken.  Prior to her retirement, she worked as an Underwriter for various insurance companies.

She was the wife of the late Edward Craig Skilton.

She is survived by daughter, Deborah Skilton of Conshohocken; son, Edward A. (Lydia) Skilton of Blue Bell; daughter, Cynthia S. Radatti of Mt. Penn, PA; three sisters, Louise (Joseph) Caromano, Elsie Pompizzi and Mary Lyons; ten grandchildren, Frank, Nikki, Jay, Ebony, Eddie, Dana, Tara, Stephanie, Jake, Sarah; 28 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.  

Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Fern Fusaro, Dorothy Kerton, Francis Wunder, Linda Pompizzi and David Wunder.  

Her Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 10:30 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401.  Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Friday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home.

Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Shriners Hospital For Children, 3551 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. P.O. Box 1999, Memphis, TN 38101.
