Cody was the love of my life since I was 15. Him and I, no matter what always knew we would end up with each other. He was an amazing human being and was filled with so much love. I love you, muffin. Until we meet again.

From the first time I met Cody as a little boy, I was impressed by his manners and behavior. Our paths crossed several times before his dad and Ann met and it looked like Cody would become part of our family. From that very moment, Cody became our grandson. Over the years, I was happy to be gram, having Cody visit, and seeing him grow in to a polite, kind young man. Please and thank-you came easy to him. When shopping with Cody, he would never ask for anything, but was always appreciative when I did surprise him with something. We spent many days together playing games and playing with his army men and race cars to name a few of his favorites. When we went out to dinner together, even as a little boy Cody reviewed the menu and chose and ordered what he wanted to eat. One of our favorite meals was Chinese food. Cody will always have a place in our hearts. Rest in Peace Cody. We love you. Gram and Pop

To the Wager family: I am writing a note at this time to offer your family comfort at a time of your bereavement. You have my deepest sympathy. Death is a sting that God says will soon be done away with. Assuredly, the scripture at 1 Cor. 15:26 says: "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing!" Our loving Creator knows how hard this is on one's family to lose a loved one. This was never his purpose for mankind! We are told at Ezekiel 18:32 “I do not take any pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign Lord Jehovah.” As you can see, it is not God's will for us to die, which is why he has given us the hope of everlasting life!
