Obituary of William S. Troutman

Bill was a life long resident of Upper Providence and was a graduate of the former Collegeville/Trappe High School. He owned and operated the last operating dairy farm in Upper Providence Township. He was a former member of St. Luke's U.C.C. of Trappe and a former member of the Keystone Grange. He had attended the Norristown Art League. Bill was an avid woodworker.
