Obituary of Joel S. Dragan

~~Joel S. Dragan ,  60,  of West Chester,  PA  passed away on Saturday May 13, 2017 . 
He was born in Pleasant Hills, PA on  May 24, 1956.

Joel has been living in West Chester, Pa, formerly of Pittsburgh, Pa.
He attended the First Presbyterian Church of West Chester, Pa.
He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School Class of 1976, Texas A & M, and Villanova University.
He worked as a Program Coordinator of Workforce Reintegration Program at Chester County OIC.   

Son of the late John & Dorothy ( Kotzur ) Dragan.

Survivors include his
Son: Timothy (& Jamie) Dragan of  Philadelphia PA
Son: Ryan (& Brittany) Dragan of Bridgeport PA
Son: Matthew (& Whitney) Dragan  of Conshohocken PA
Sister: Janine(& Bruce) Chapman of Metairie LA
Niece : Amanda Chapman  of Metairie LA;
Also survived by 2 Grandchildren: Jameson & Lucy.    

His Memorial Service will be held at 10am on Friday May 26th at First Presbyterian Church of West Chester which is located at 130 W Miner St, West Chester, PA 19382.
