Obituary of Salvatore DiBattista

Salvatore J. DiBattista, "Sal", age 76, of Trappe passed away on August 8, 2017.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on July 15, 1941, the son of the late Emma (DellAngelo) and Joseph DiBattista.

Sal has been living in Trappe for 48 years, formerly of Norristown.

His favorite pastime was spending time on his boat in Cape May. His greatest joy was the love he had for his grandchildren, who were the light of his life.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 55 years, Joanne DiBattista of Trappe;

Son, Anthony DiBattista (Susan Dice) of Elverson;

Daughter In Law, Kellie DiBattista of Pottstown;

Sister, Grace DiBattista of Plymouth Meeting;

Four Grandchildren, Chelsea, Arren, Ryan and Emma DiBattista;

and Two Nephews, Vincent and Jason DiBattista.

Along with his parents, Sal was preceded in death by his son, John A. DiBattista and two brothers, Joseph and Anthony DiBattista.

His Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM from St. Eleanor's RC Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA 19426.

Friends may call on Friday morning from 9:00 to 9:45 AM at the church.

Interment will take place in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Pottstown, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to St. Eleanor Church at the above address.
