Phil has lived in West Norriton, Pa for the last 17 years, formerly of Conshohocken, Pa He was a member of St. Titus RC Church of East Norriton and a former member of St. Mary's RC Church of Conshohocken, Pa He graduated from St. Matthew's High School Class of 1954 He served in the US Navy and was the second yougest sailor to become a Chief Petty Officer ever Philip worked with the US Postal Service in Norristown & King of Prussia He enjoyed Traveling, Reading, Puzzels, and History
