Joseph resided in Jeffersonville, Pa. and was a member of Saint Francis of Assisi RC Church. He served in the US Army during World War II He worked as a foreman at the former Lee Tire and later as a Security Guard. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and was a Boy Scout Leader at his Church. He was an umpire at the West Norriton Little League. He enjoyed reading, he was a history buff and was a great card player.
