Obituary of Andrew W. Layden

Andrew W. Layden, 75, of West Norriton, PA passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019.

He was born in Norristown, PA on July 27, 1943, the son of the late Andrew and Anna (White) Layden.

He was a retired West Conshohocken Police Officer and also worked as a Delivery Driver for Myers Drug Store & Medical Supply.  Andrew took great pride in his '57 Chevy and was active with the Roxborough Car Club.  

Survivors include his companion of 14 years, Barbara Kershner of West Norriton; son, Roy "Sam" (& Natalie "Gail") Layden Sr of Swedesburg; daughter, Kimberly (& Robert) Loesch of  Schwenksville; sister, Mary Lou (& Patrick) Sullivan of Phoenixville; and three brothers, James Layden of West Norriton, Richard Layden of Estero, FL and Louis (& Denise) O'Dell  of Limerick.  Andrew is also survived by five grandchildren, Rachel Marie Barboni, Robert Loesch, Lillian Layden, Jerome Loesch and Emily Layden.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Roy Layden, Jr.; as well as siblings, Joseph Layden and Patricia Beaver

Services will be held privately at a later date.
