I miss coming over her house every Sunday eating her biscuits and gravy. She made the best. I will miss her cooking and her trying to cheat at phase 10. She always had something up her sleeves. I will also miss our trips to LBI and staying up late playing cards. I miss you already grandmom. RIP I love you.

Such fond memories of Aunt Rose. She bought me a dress for the first day of school and it was the first store bought dress I had ever had. Her Missouri family always looked forward to her visits back to her Missouri home. She had such a good time with her brothers and sisters and I can still hear her laugh . I will always remember my grandmom for her fiery spirit, yummy home cooking, and her fondness for cows. We have many fun memories of her stories, and teasing her for her mid-west accent. She left behind a large family who will miss her very much. Because I live abroad, I won’t be there to say my goodbyes to my grandmom but she will always be with me in my heart.

Rose was a great loving person. She was my neighbor when I was a child and I always tried to visit her whenever I was in the area when Joe and Rose lived on East 6th Avenue. Thanks for the great memories and may she rest in peace Dorothy
