Cecilia A. Marinacci  

Cecilia A. (Friel) Marinacci, 70, of Lansdale, PA passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019, at St. Mary's Manor in Lansdale, Pa., following a long illness. 

She was born in Norristown, PA on January 8, 1949, the daughter of the late Joseph  F. and the late Kathryn ( Alt ) Friel.

Cecilia has been living in Lansdale for the last year, formerly of Royersford, PA.  

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Royersford and she attended St. Eleanor's Catholic Church in Collegeville, PA.  Cecilia graduated from Bishop Kenrick High School, class of 1967. Cecilia worked as a medical technologist for Quest Diagnostics from which she retired.  Cecilia enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, sudoko, reading thrillers, listening to country music and line dancing, she most enjoyed spending time with her family. 

Survivors include Son Albert (& Jennifer) Marinacci of Chalfont, Son Timothy (& Gretchen) Marinacci of Haverford, Daughter Stephanie (& Kevan) Gotsch of Royersford, Sister Mary Anne Roy of Royersford, Brother Paul Friel of Pottstown, Sister Kathleen Guadagni of Green Acres, FL, Brother Robert Friel of Fayetteville, NC, Brother James Friel Boyertown, Sister Elizabeth Ganter Green Acres, FL, Sister Eileen Friel Green Acres, FL.

Also survived by 9 Grandchildren, Gianna Marinacci, Daniella Marinacci, Nicholas Marinacci, Gabriella Marinacci, Timothy Marinacci, Albert Marinacci, Michael Dougherty, Domenic DiMarco and Riley Gotsch.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Joseph Friel.

Her Funeral Mass will be held Monday, November 4, 2019 at 11:00 AM from Chapel at St. Mary's Manor, 701 Lansdale Avenue, Lansdale, PA.

Friends may call on Monday morning from 10:00 to 10:45 AM at Chapel at St. Mary's Manor.

Interment will take place in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Norriton, PA.
