Geraldine R. Smoll  

Geraldine R. ( Woods ) Smoll, 89, of East Norriton, Pa passed away Sunday, January 5, 2020.

She was born in Philadelphia, Pa on July 19, 1930, the daughter of the late Harold and the late Rebecca ( Hartley ) Woods.

Geraldine has lived in East Norriton since 1978.  She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church of Collegeville, Pa.

She worked as a registered nurse first with St. Christopher Children's Hospital, Plymouth Pediatrics, Montgomery Hospital, Sacred Heart Hospital and she retired from Dr. Steven A. Shapiro Office in East Norriton, Pa.

Geraldine enjoyed knitting, cross stitch and ceramics.

She was the wife of William A. Smoll for over 65 years.

Survivors include Husband William Smoll of East Norriton, Daughter Judy (& Roger) Miller of King of Prussia, also survived by her grandsons Matthew (& Kelly) Miller, Jamie Maypole & William Maypole and Great Grandson Jaxon Miller.

She was predeceased in death by her daughter Contance Maypole.

Her Funeral Service will be held Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 11:00 AM from St. James' Episcopal Church, 3768 Germantown Pike, Collegeville, PA 19426.

Friends may call on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 10:00 to 10:45 AM at the church.  

Interment will take place in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting, PA.
