Obituary of Virginia L. Jonas

Virginia Lee Jonas passed away at the Meadows in Audubon, PA on September 23, 2020 at the age of 90.

Virginia was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio to her parents Charles and Elaine Rose Jonas.

She is survived by her loving sisters Lois Green, Joyce Bates, Patricia Hillen. And the late Jean Farfsing, Francis Neal Jonas and Charles Norman Jonas; Aunt Ginny was loved by her many Nieces and Nephews.

Virginia graduated from St. Joseph Academy, attended Our Lady of Cincinnati College and schools of business, Littleford Nelson and Campbell’s Business.

Virginia spent her career as a Personal Secretary.

She volunteered as a docent for the Cincinnati Art Museum and was a past member of the Cincinnati Nature Center.

She loved walking in Ault Park, traveling, Graeter’s Ice Cream, spending time searching for treasures at antique and thrift shops and having lunch with her friends at The Echo Restaurant.

A memorial service for the family will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 3:00 PM at the Moore, Snear and Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA,  with final interment at a future date in Cincinnati at the Guardian Angels Cemetery.
