Lorraine is an incredible woman and such a nurturing spirit. The light and care she brought to our North Wales community was immeasurable. Growing up in the Urban Renewal family, she was cherished by all. I loved her voice, her keen observations of people's needs, and her gentle handling of any situation. I'll never meet such a strong woman who is more delicate than a tea cup. Love and light to her family.
