Obituary of Dorothy T. Donofrio

Dorothy T. (Kudoba) Donofrio, 88, of Plymouth Meeting, PA passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021. 

She was born in Bridgeport, Pa on August 4, 1932, the daughter of the late John and Katherine ( Gorak ) Kudoba.

Dorothy has lived in Plymouth Meeting since 1971, formerly of East Norriton, Conshohocken and Bridgeport where she was born and raised.

She graduated from Bridgeport High School, class of 1951.

She worked as a Administrative Assistant with Colonial School District.  Then went to work with Genuardi Florist of Norristown, Pa.

Dorothy had an artist’s eye for design.  She loved nature and working in her garden, creating flower arrangements, and designing arts and crafts with a simple, cottage flair.  She was beloved by her children and grandchildren for her individuality, giving nature, and beautiful heart.  

She was the wife of the late Albert C. Donofrio.

Survivors include, Son Michael J. (& Karen) Donofrio of Ambler, Pa, Son James T. Donofrio of Plymouth Meeting, Pa, Son Christopher P. (& Patricia) Donofrio of Lafayette Hill, Pa, Sister Marianne Norton of East Norriton, Pa, Sister Katherine DiNardo of Ventnor, NJ.  Also survived by her grandchildren Justin, Allie, Christian, Lauren and Nicholas.

Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lindsay Rose Donofrio, two brothers, Walter Kudoba and John Kudoba, and recently her sister, Wanda K. Shaw.

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 10:30 AM from St. Matthew's RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.

Friends may call on Sunday, March 28, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.

Friends may call on Monday, March 29, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the church. 

Interment will take place in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.  

Memorial Contributions may be made in her memory to Crossroads Hospice Palliative Care, 523 Plymouth Road, Suite 225, Plymouth Meeting PA, 19462.
