Obituary of James C. Rodgers

James C. Rodgers, 62, of Norristown, PA passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on October 29, 1953. James lived most of his life in Norristown, PA. He was a member of St. Patrick RC Church of Norristown, PA and former member of St. Francis of Assisi RC Church of Norristown, PA. He worked as a Store Manager with Air Gas in Pottstown, PA. He volunteered as a coach with St. Francis of Assisi CYO and Bishop Kennrick High School. He was a former member of Jeffersonville Golf Association and AOH Notre Dame Council. Son of the Late Joseph & Anne (O'Neill) Rodgers. Survivors include his Wife: Cheryl Rodgers of Norristown PA, Daughter: Kaitlyn Rodgers of Norristown PA, Son: Thomas Rodgers of Norristown PA, Son: Matthew Rodgers of Norristown PA, Brother: Joe Rodgers of Schwenksville PA, and many nieces and nephews. His Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 10:30 AM from the St. Patrick's RC Church, 714 DeKalb Street, Norristown, Pa 19401. Clergy: Fr. Gus Puleo officiating. Friends may call on Friday morning from 9:00 to 10:15 AM at the Church. Interment will take place in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Norriton, PA.
