The world has lost another good guy. George always made you feel special, me Included. Many times he fooled me by saying "Hey Tom can you help me with something?" Of course I always said yes, forgetting what happened the last time he asked "for my help. So I would follow him through the back door past the living room and kitchen into the garage. All the while I'm thinking that I'm going to help move something. He would lead me to the garage fridge and pull out an ice cold bottle of Fireball and two shot glasses. We'd sip and shoot the breeze. I will miss my special time with George. Cheers to a life spent making the people, lucky enough to be around him, feel special. George, in your Dad's words "You're the best!" So long my friend until we meet again. Next time I'll bring the Fireball.

I am sending love and prayers to George's family. I've known George and his mother for about 20 years and I am so sad to hear of his passing. He was a good friend and talked openly of his love and devotion to his family.

George and I worked together during our careers at Vanguard. He was such a nice person who was quiet in his own way; and had an enthusiastic sense of humor. To the family, I am sad to hear of his passing, and I am sorry for your loss. I pray you will find comfort and peace during this time.

George and I went to high school and worked at Vanguard together. George was often a quiet presence, so kind with a great sense of humor and a love for classic rock. I have many fond memories of George, Jim, and I carpooling to summer school together. I'm terribly saddened by the news of his passing. My heart goes out to his family.

I’m so sad to hear this news. George was the nicest man. We met while working at Vanguard. He was always there to lend a helping hand. We laughed a lot together and I will always remember his awesome laugh. He was kind, funny, and loved the Eagles. His love for his family was evident and he told me many stories over the years. I’m honored to have called him my friend. George you will forever be missed, my condolences to his family. Here’s a picture of our work crew.

I worked with George at Vanguard and so sorry to hear that he had passed. I’m attaching a photo from 2018. George and I were at work participating in an event doing some art work. I recall George and I discussing his lawn art Grinch project.
