Dear Pat, Family, and his beautiful daughters....as a neighbor, it was always a pleasure to pass John as we walked up and down the street, or to pass him walking our dogs, and share a story or catch up. Such a caring personality. We are so sorry for this sudden loss, and send our prayers for healing.
All our very best,
Joanne & Doug Neal

Dear Pat and Family, I am so sorry for your loss, it's so sad to hear about John's sudden passing, we are heart broken and confused. His absence is already reverberating through out the whole Campus. It’s hard to believe the person I was talking with on Friday is gone…we are devastated, losing someone we worked so closely with for so many years is very difficult.
I have known John for such long time and losing him is like losing a brother, he will be missed. John had a huge presence, easy going, a good listener, kindhearted and everyone loved him-
John was a very proud husband and father. I will miss our conversations about children and sharing into the adventures with your wife on the trips you have made around the country, and how much you both enjoyed spending time together on these trips. Pat though no words can hurry what you and your family are going through, please know how much you are being thought about…and how deeply you’re wished the gentle comfort of his memories. I pray that the Lord will watch over you and your family and comfort you through this very difficult time. He will be missed – Rest in peace John.

To Pat. I will always remember John as kind and good natured. I enjoyed the times, many years back, when we got together on early morning hunts. John was always smiling and we shared good stories. Our thoughts are with you and your family. Tom Prusak

I know Mr. Morton through being friends with his daughter, Devon, and girl scouts. He was definitely a proud girl dad and showed it through his willingness to chaperone and partake in girl scout meetings/ events. I will forever remember his humor and our girl scout camping trips.

I spoke with John only a few times at Martin Luther School and he was always so kind. His spirit was one of warmth and joy. The last conversation we had was by the fire in the Harrison building. He taught me how to take care of my fire place and gave tips on the best ways to keep a fire going. Such a beautiful soul.
I hope his memory and love bring comfort to his family.

John, you would be greatly missed! Thank you for always assisting and helping us whenever we wanted something done and/or moved. You always did it with a smile and a joke, and make sure you left us smiling of your remembrance. John you never failed to mention your Wife and Daughters each and every time and you see the love you embrace for your girls!
My deepest condolences to The Morton Family.

The Kelsos were so lucky to have John in our lives. A great friend to help raise 9 children together. We have hilarious memories of when we first moved to Schwenksville as a young couple and met Tecie and John. Our children grew up together - Endless birthday parties, trips to Hershey Park(Yes it WAS a fathers Day gift), Renting a house in the Poconos when Devon was weeks old(seemed like a good idea), Trivia at the bar(adults need time away ), Seeing each one off to college and now weddings.
Where did the time go?
You left too soon - You will be dearly missed - thoughts of you will keep us smiling
Love,
Terry & Bill Kelso

My name is Jerry Perry. I met John when I started work back in January 2021 at Gemma. During that time, I met a lot of the crew who took care of the facility and plant in general. John stood out to me. Every time I came across John, he was busy and seem enjoying his work. Recently, he came in my office and saw that my computers were sitting too low. John took upon himself to fix a bench for the computers to sit on. Well John, I told you thank you for what you did on that day, but I forgot to tell you thank you for all of the other times you were busy doing what you did best. Today, I say thank you John for being the kind, and wonderful man that you were. May your soul rest in perpetual peace.
