Clare M. Fedesco    

Clare M. (Kane) Fedesco, 70, of Plymouth Meeting, PA, passed away Monday, November 6, 2023. Clare, a beloved mother and grandmother, departed this world surrounded by family and loved ones after a brief battle with lung cancer.  She was born Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of the late Patrick and the late Rita (Gerrity) Kane. Clare graduated from Little Flower High School and Temple University. She was a dedicated teacher for over 25 years, where she strived to make an impact on every one of her students. Outside of her professional life, she was an avid reader and enjoyed watching movies. Clare cherished spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling them.

Clare is survived by her three daughters; Joan (& Jeremy) Bertrand of Boone, NC, Kristen Fedesco of Virginia Beach, VA, Carrie (& David) Galette of Conshohocken, PA, also survived by her grandchildren Samantha, Alison, Ella and Bennett.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all those who have offered their support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Joseph Villa, 110 W. Wissahickon Avenue, Flourtown, PA 19031.

Her Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 10:30 AM from St. Matthew's RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.

Friends may call on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the church.

Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, Pa. 

Rest in peace, Clare. You will be forever missed and never forgotten.
