Obituary of Rita DeTommaso

Rita DeTommaso  

Rita DeTommaso, 60, of West Norriton, PA passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2023. 

She was born in Taranto, Italy on March 21, 1963, the daughter of the late Vincenzo DeTommaso and the late Carmela (Mianulli) DeTommaso.

Rita was born in Italy and came to the United States when she was 10 years old.  She lived in Northeast Philadelphia and has lived in West Norriton for over 20 years.

She was a graduate of LaSalle University of Philadelphia. 

She was a business owner of Craze for Rayz Tanning Salon.

Rita enjoyed collecting antiques and she loved all animals.

She is survived by her Companion Robert H. Henning of West Norriton, Son Thomas Nicholl of West Norriton, Daughter Christina Nicholl of West Norriton, Step Son Sean (& Lisa) Henning,  Sister Lucy Modica of Italy, also survived by nieces and nephews and many more loving relatives in Italy.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Pasquale DeTommaso and Rudy DeTommaso.

Her Service will be held Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 12:00 PM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA.

Friends may call on Sunday, December 3, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home.

Her interment will be private in Italy.
