Mary Ellen Grill  

It is with deep sorrow and much love we mourn the passing of Mary Ellen Theresa Grill 60 of Somers Point, NJ, formerly of Ocean City, NJ on December 4th, 2023 where she was surrounded by her loved ones. She was a graduate of John W. Hallahan High School, Class of 1981.

Born in Roxborough, Mary Ellen was the daughter of the late William J. & Theresa (nee: Jaconski). She was the loving sister of Kelly Ann (John) Mazzochetti of Davenport, Fl, William J. (Kim) Grill Jr. of Pottsgrove, Pa. Thomas Grill of Jim Thorpe, Pa, and David (Jen) Grill of Jim Thorpe, Pa. She was also the proud mother of Amanda (Douglas) Swillo of Somers Point, NJ, and Abigail (Nicholas Naulty) Brennan of Charleston, SC and doting grandmother to Scarlett Theresa.

Mary is also survived by many cousins nieces and nephews whom she adored and her four-legged companions.

Although many memories were made in cities in PA, Mary followed her heart all the way to the Jersey shore and considered home to be Ocean City, New Jersey.

Mary was a notable animal advocate, she found peace amongst her fur family, often fostering them until the appropriate family was located.

Mary was a genuine, gentle, loving woman with a great sense of humor. Her greatest accomplishments were her girls and her granddaughter. Mary touched many lives. She made a huge impact in this world. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Her Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 8, 2023 at 10:30 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA.

Friends may call on Friday, December 8, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.

Her Interment will be priavte.
