Obituary of Bethany Gresh

Bethany T. (Holland) Gresh, 37, of Pottstown, wife of Steven R. Gresh, mother of Mackenna Gresh, passed away peacefully after a long fought battle with cancer on Tuesday, August 23rd, at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of George Holland, and the late Teresa (Ryan) Holland. Bethany was employed as a Systems Analyst with Procura Management Systems in Norristown. Bethany was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in Bosnia with the 10th Mountain Division. She also played football for the Philadelphia Liberty Belles, and was a member of the Pottstown German Club. Bethany had a love of life, the Philadelphia Eagles, her friends and family. She had a beautiful and contagious smile, and enjoyed camping, going to the beach, and spending time with loved ones. In addition to her husband, daughter, and father, Bethany is survived by her step-mother Ann (Roth) Holland, brothers Michael and Matthew Holland, Grandparents Fred and Barbara Roth, Aunt Patricia Fidler, Uncle Bill Ryan, nieces Caitlyn Tilghman and Emma Gresh, as well as many other cousins, aunts/uncles, and good friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Moore, Snear, & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the A-T Children's Project (www.atcp.org), or the American Cancer Society.
