Helen was so special to me and I will never forget about her. Phil you had a great mom, all she would talk about is you and the boys and how much she loved you all. Helen always had a smile on her face even through everything she went through. Going to miss her confident ok everyday. She was beautiful inside and out. Thank you for letting me take care of her and her constant i love yous!

My entire childhood is filled with memories of the Foelker Family. More than neighbors, you all were my 2nd family! I’ll never forget the boost that Helen made, the card games, Pictionary, the first time I saw her without her teeth!!!, the first time I ate Chinese food, and all of the numerous gatherings we spent together. These memories just scratch the surface. Helen was always very kind, giving, and a ton of fun! She will be missed! ❤️ Sending love always❤️
