I never knew Kim personally but I know she was a wonderful, caring, hardworking woman. I am beyond grateful that my cousin Amy got to spend so much time over the years with her Aunt and be such a huge part of her life. I’m so happy to know that Natalie will remember Kim and see her Mom cherish the memory of her Aunt forever. Kim has taken her eternal rest, and in peace may her light shine upon Amy and her family everyday.

Many years ago. Kim & I met some friends on Catalina Island for the weekend. It was Friday nite when we arrived & proceeded to tour the town of Avalon. We had a bit too much fun and the next morning rented golf carts to tour the Island. We went to a garden area where Kim wasn't feeling very well & wanted to get into the shade out of the heat. When I found her she was in the shade alright, however only her toes were in the shade. The first thing I thought of was "look there's my sundial" & started to laugh. Many years later, that's what I named my boat "Sundial". The rest of the weekend was a bit more subdued.
